Privacy policy

Depending on how you use the app: identity (first and last name), contact details (email, phone), account data, placements (amounts, packs, due dates), referrals, files you attach, and technical data (access logs, necessary cookies). We do not publish a registered office address yet: [Adresse à compléter].

Data is used to create and secure your account, record placements, compute income and referrals, handle claims, and improve the service. Crypto payments will use the networks and addresses shown at subscription time. No card data is collected at this stage.

Account data is kept while the account is active, then archived for as long as legal obligations require (invoicing, disputes). Placement and transaction history is kept for service follow-up and as evidence of the exchange, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, write to support@kminvest.app. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
